Cancellation Policy

At ALLAY, we value your time and want to ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service. In order to do so, we have put the following cancellation policy in place:


Cancellation Notice:

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make the best use of our schedule.


Late Cancellations:

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee equal to 25% of the service cost will apply. This helps us to compensate our stylists for their time.


No-Show Policy:

In the event that a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be charged. This fee must be settled before any future appointments can be made. Repeat no-shows may result in the requirement for a deposit for future appointments.


Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service to ensure we provide quality service to our next clients.

Late arrivals may not receive the full service.


Emergency Situations:

We understand that circumstances can be unpredictable. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.


Deposits:

For certain services and packages, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your service total, but is non-refundable in case of cancellation within the 24-hour notice period.


Reminder Emails/Texts:

As a courtesy, we send out reminder emails and/or texts 48 hours before your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment, regardless of whether you receive a reminder.
